Storage
Keep fresh pasta in the refrigerator and use 2 days after purchase. Any pasta not eaten after 2 days needs to be placed in the freezer for up to 2 months. You can cooked the frozen pasta without thawing it.
Dried pasta can be kept for 2-4 months
Preparation
Add pasta to boiling salted water and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes
